Staff OpportunitiesEach year, Cambridge Camping Association hires about 75 staff for our two day camps, Cambridge Adventure Day Camp (CADC) and Daybreak Day Camp. You should be resourceful, creative, and able to work with groups of children. A sense of humor helps. Cambridge Adventure Day Camp (CADC) and Daybreak Day Camp provide the space and support for children from diverse backgrounds to achieve a sense of belonging. More than 80% of our campers attend four or more weeks each summer, and more than half of them return the following year. Many staff members began as campers and have grown into counselors. We work to reflect the diversity of our campers in our staff and programs. Cambridge Adventure Day Camp serves 140 children ages 6-13. Daybreak Day Camp provides supportive, therapeutic summers for 30 children, ages 5-11 with emotional and behavioral special needs. Cambridge Camping accepts applications and hires staff on an ongoing basis throughout the winter and spring.
