What Comes Next?

We wrapped up our official CADC season on Friday with a carnival and our annual talent show and slide show. As you can see from our photos, the carnival was a lot of fun, and during the talent show we were mightily impressed not only by the campers' myriad talents, but by the courage they exhibited getting up in front of a large audience to perform. It was a wonderful sight to behold.

This week, we are offering our extension week in partnership with Farrington NatureLinc. Many of the children have opted to spend this week with us in the great outdoors. We passed the time away today in the garden, feeding animals, hiking the property, playing a rousing game of Water Dodgeball, and weaving God's Eyes using sticks and yarn. Laughter and squeals of delight could be heard around campus, and we enjoyed today's warm, sunny weather. Tomorrow, we will spend our morning at Walden Pond before heading back to NatureLinc for an afternoon of similarly fun activities. We are so glad to have this extra time with the children and to provide them with the opportunity to continue their summer adventure with Cambridge Camping!
